Janice works with groups and individuals in her capacity as a therapist and coach. She uses a powerful combination of mindfulness based neuro linguistic programming (MBNLP), mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and coaching to help people to make the positive changes they want in their lives. All the techniques Janice uses are based in science and are proven to be effective.

Believing each individual requires an individual approach, and that one size does not fit all, Janice’s sessions are carefully orchestrated to meet your individual needs.

Janice has a broad range of experience, working with issues ranging from stress, anxiety, and IBS, to self confidence and relationship issues and from to ME / CFS to depression and low mood.
